Gila Spreads Joy Series
The Gila Spreads Joy series are a series of five children’s books for ages 5-10.
A compelling storyline coupled with colorful and lively animation, introduces us to the adventures of a rambunctious, funny and most of all, sensitive little girl named Gila. Gila sympathizes with her surroundings and just wants to be helpful and kind. Each story proposes a different challenge which Gila encounters in which she, together with a little help from her family, friends, and animals, learns how to help those around her while discovering more about her surroundings.
Stories include: Gila Loves Animals, Gila Loves Her Family, Gila Loves Her Neighborhood, Gila Loves People and Gila Loves Her Friends.
At the end of each story there are fun facts and questions which allow the child to engage in open dialogue and explore what it means to empathize and demonstrate kindness to those around them… just like Gila did.
