Spread Joy Day is an interactive exhibition dedicated to mental health awareness and suicide prevention. A smile and a conversation can make all the difference.

If you notice someone exhibiting significant changes in behavior, offer a smile and let them know you’re there to listen. We have the ability to show support and encourage people to seek help.

Signs that may indicate a person is experiencing mental challenges:

  1. Mood swings
  2. Social withdrawal and isolation
  3. Changes in sleep patterns
  4. Expressing feelings of being a burden

Circumstances that can trigger mental challenges:

  1. Changes in work
  2. Mourning over loss
  3. Changes in relationship status
  4. Mental stress (work, studies, or social pressure)
