Nicole is an Organisational Psychologist and director of Lumina Learning global, as well as co-founder of The Growth Project, a charity that partners heads of charities and businesses through immersive leadership programmes.

When Nicole lost her brother to suicide in 2017 she decided to focus her energies on helping organizations that promote empathy and understanding towards individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges and affected by suicide.
